Pb de sécurité sur messagerie?

Bonjour,

Bonjour,

depuis 3 jours, dès que je suis sur internet et principalement sur ma boite de messagerie laposte, celle ci se ferme brutalement et une fenetre apparait , indiquant que mon PC est menacé et présente de gros risques . on me propose d'executer un logiciel, ce que je fais, un scan , ce que je fais et on me renvoie su l'achat d'un logiciel pour réparer ...
il s'agit du logiciel pasendommagement et sansendommagement.

je voulais avoir s'il s'agit d'un virus ou pas? dois je tenir compte des indications données par ce (faux?) logiciel ou pas? comment faire pour que cela s'arrete?
la fenetre qui bloque mon accés à ma messagerie indique "clé de registre perdu" et "fichiers edommagés dans documents et paramètres".

j'effectue souvent des nettoyages avec ccleaner ou easy cleaner (peut etre ai je effacé des choses qu'il ne fallait pas) et j'ai avast (qui ne me signale rien).
ma messagerie laposte déconne un peu en ce moment (la fenetre en question n'apparait que quand je suis sur laposte.net).
que se passe t il?

    * Faire un clic droit sur ce lien : http://perso.orange.fr/il.mafioso/Navifix/Navilog1.zip
    * Enregistrez la cible (du lien) sous... et enregistrez-le sur le bureau.
    * Faire un clic droit sur navilog1.zip et choisir "tout extraire"
    * Double-cliquez sur navilog1.bat
    * Arriver au menu principal, choisir l'option 1 et valider.
    * Patientez jusqu'au message : Analyse Termine le ...
    * Le rapport sera en outre sauvegardé à la racine du disque (fixnavi.txt), poste le stp

    j'ai l'impression que mon pc rame moins; et la fenetre qui apparaisait sur ma messagerie n'est pas réapparue pour l'instant.
    mais comment ça se fait que avast n'ait pas reconnu ce virus?
    est ce que j eepux laisser avg et bitdefender avec avast ou je les supprime?

    il ne peut pas tout détecter ! d'où l'utilité d'avoir plusieurs anti-bébéttes et de faire le ménage régulièrement !

    avg et ccleaner tu gardes et à utiliser régulièrement !

    bitdefender est un scan en ligne ! que tu peux faire régulièrement aussi !

    Relance HijackThis : choisis " do a scan only" coche la case devant les lignes ci-dessous et clique en bas sur "fix checked" :

    alors j'ai essayé d'installer zone alarm comme aprefeu (pour l'intant je n'ai que celui de windowx) et zone alarme bloque l'accès à internet ;meme quand je fais les autorisations, et bloque aussi l'accès à msn.
    que dois je faire?

    bon, il semble que j'ai encore un souci.;en fait,, zonealarm est assez compliqué à installer je trouve.
    je n'ai aps les memes fenetres qui s'ouvrent que celels expliquées dans la tutoriel et ma connexion internet reste bloquée malgré les programmes autorisés;
    ar exemple, après installation de zone alarme, je n'ai pas la fenetre assistant de licence avec "vos options de sécurité", ni les fenetres assistant d'installation, j'ai tout de suite la fenetre avec proposition de didactiel que je ne epux pas lire car internet bloquée donc je apsse et j'ai la fentre avec les programmes. je clique sur controle des programmes et là j'ai plein de points d'interrogations. je clique dessus st sur"ajouter un programme" pour configurer . et là 1 fenetre s'ouvre avec ma lite de programmes , je dois en ouvrir et enregistrer.;et pour moi c'est là que ça bloque!!! je ne trouve aps l'exécutable du programme pour pouvoir l'enregistrer;
    rien ne s'enregistre . résultat : case départ car si mes programmes restent bloqués et pas de connexion à internet possible.
    donc je désisnstalle zonealarme pour pouvoir retrouver ma connexion internet!
    j'espère ne pas avoir été trop onfuses dans mes explications.

    il n'yaurait pas un pare feu plus facile à installer et aussi efficace?
