Bonjour,je voudrais acheter una ati x1950 pro 512 mo agp et je voudrais savoir si elle est compatible avec un amd sempron 1.8ghz 3000+!
Sachant que je suis un gamers et que je veut jouer a des jeux comme pes 2008 cod 4.....le problème n'est pas savoir si cette carte est assez puissante pour ces jeux là j'ai déjà la réponse!!!par contre j'ai entendu parler d'une histoire de brider ou je ne sais quoi......Alors je voudrais savoir si ça va fonctionner alors voilà merçi de me dire la réponse !!merçi beacoup!

Bonjour,

la compatibilié d'une carte graphique se fait juste entre elle et la carte mère.
Télécharge Everest pour qu'on saches quelle est ta config' stp .
Le processeur est un peu faible pour les jeux d'aujourdh'ui j'trouve, se serait bien que le processeur évolut aussi...

J'ai relevé ceci sur ton analyse Everest qui confirme que tu peux effectivement te prendre carte graphique ATI X1950 Pro 512Mo en AGP.
Nom de la carte mère Chaintech MK8M800 (2 PCI, 1 AGP, 2 DDR DIMM, Audio, Video, LAN)

Tu as bien un port AGP sur ta carte mère pour placer ta carte graphique ATI en AGP, c'est compatible ;)

O842, peux tu modifier ton message 2 (tu cliques sur l'icone crayon+feuille en bas à gauche du message) et virer tout ce qui concerne le Debug stp, ca allonge inutilement ton post, merci

Ton port AGP est x8, donc c'est bon pour la 1950 Pro

Je pense que ta 1950 Pro sera un peu limitée par ton CPU Sempron, qui est bien faible

Eh bien, en fait, ton processeur n'étant pas assez puissant, les performances de ta carte-graphique ne seront pas exploitées à fond.

De plus, tes possibilités d'évolution sont assez minces (socket 754).

Voilà, enfin, ça sera toujours mieux qu'avec ta Radéon 9200 sans aucun doute possible.

nan c'est pas vraiment ca, tu auras une meilleure qualité graphique mais tu ne pourras pas mettre la capacité graphique à fond.
En gros, ta carte graphique ne sera pas entièrement exploiter car tu devras trouver le juste milieu pour que ton processeur suivent.

Si tu mets les capacités graphiques à fonds a mon avis ton proc' va ramer tes jeux.

en AGP a part une 7950 GT je vois pas ce qu il y a de mieux qu une x1950 pro...Ton Sempron feras parfaitement l' affaire pour peu que tu mettes les détails en Hight et que tu joues au moins en 1280*1024...

En gros plus tu montes en détails et en résolutions et moins ton CPU 'travailles' c'est la carte graphique qui fait le boulot...

Aprés que ton CPU limite la carte graphique c' est possible mais s' il permet d' afficher 65/70 Fps je ne vois pas ou est le problême...

Bon jeux..

( tu peux aussi t' orienter vers une 7600 gt moins chère et qui ferait presque aussi bien ...)

Le rapport CPU-GPU, c'est un peu comme une voiture, si tu mets un moteur tres puissant sur une 2CV, tu ne pourras pas en tirer tout le bénéfice car le reste du véhicule ne suivra pas

Si tu mets une carte graphique puissante sur un vieux PC, c'est le reste du PC qui va la limiter (principalement le CPU), mais évidemment ce sera mieux que la carte que tu avais avant...

Voilà, c'est tout ce qu'on voulait te dire, le changement suivant à envisager devra donc etre le CPU
