Bonjour,
Alors voilà. Comme tout bon apprentis informaticien j'ai attrapé le virus sur msn dance dec. J'ai été voir plein de forum utilisé les méthodes qu'ils conseillaient mais rien à y faire il persiste. Pouvez vous m'aider..

si inféctés il faut les supprimer

->Relance AVG AS -> "Analyse" ->"Paramètres"
Sous la question "Comment réagir ?" :
-> clique sur "Actions recommandées" et choisis "Quarantaines"
-> Re-clique sur l'onglet "Analyse" puis réalise une "Analyse complète du système"
Si un fichier est infecté en fin d'analyse
->Clique sur "Appliquer toutes les actions "
->Clique sur "Enregistrer le rapport" puis sur "Enregistrer le rapport sous".
->Enregistre ce fichier texte sur ton bureau ensuite colle le rapport ici

Bon j'ai un scan avec bit defender v9 ( pas en ligne ) et avec multi virus cleaner mais ca n'a rien changé.
j'ai donc suivi tes conseils en utilisant AVG mais le virus est toujours la . je te post le rapport:

Bon j'ai un scan avec bit defender v9 ( pas en ligne ) et avec multi virus cleaner mais ca n'a rien changé.

oups excuse moi j'avais oublié de m'identifié. Donc voila je suis toujours dans le même problème. j'ai encore essayé de me connecté à msn et rien à y faire le virus est toujours la

refais avg antispyware car tu as ignoré ce qui a été trouvé
il faut tout suprimer

vire si present en allant dans poste de travail:

colle le rapport d'un scan en ligne
avec un des suivants:
Panda en ligne :

secuser en ligne :
http://www.secuser.com/outils/antivirus.htm
refais avg antispyware car tu as ignoré ce qui a été trouvé
il faut tout suprimer

ensuite:
si tout c'est bien passé désactive la restauration système pour purger les virus qui seraient dedans puis réactive là (dans DEMARRER puis TOUS LES PROGRAMMES puis ACCESSOIRE puis OUTILS SYSTEME puis RESTAURATION SYSTEME puis paramètre)
