Modem device on high definition audio bus

Bonjour, a tous
voila mon probleme est que quand je suis sur xp pro mon acer5315 ne détecte pas le modem device on high definition audio bus ainsi qu'un controleur ethernet dans le gestionnaire de périphériqes(point jaune)
donc j'est remis les 2 cd de sauvegarde constructeur et je repart sous vista en essayant donc de trouver ces 2 pilotes pour mon souci sous xp pro
mais rien
sur les forum on parle du realtek
sur xp il ok
mais toujours pas son malgrès les lien vers acer et les fichiers zip
bientot 3 jour que je cherche
alors si quelqu'un puvais m'aider cela serais sympa
car vista rame opinion perso
