Hello,
I would like to know how to download the kit to have cars in The Sims 2 without having The Sims 2: Nightlife, but I have The Sims 2: Open for Business. I tried the official website but it didn't work, so I would like another website, thank you in advance...

    No, it's not necessary to have Bon Voyage; you just need to download the kit and the cars from the official The Sims 2 website. I downloaded them and it works very well, and I just bought Bon Voyage and it works anyway.

    When I go to sims 2.fr, I enter my credentials and go to the downloads section, I find a car
    I see:: For players who do not own The Sims™ 2 Nightlife - but own more recent expansion packs (Pets, Happy Holidays, Seasons) -

    - Step 1: Download the car

    - Step 2: Download the Car Kit Step 3: double-click on the files to install them.

    When I click on Download the car, I arrive at the Sims website in English and it blocks there (I’m bad at English)

      No, we are not required to have a garage to own a car, so even if we don't have The Sims 2: Nightlife, we just need a car kit. My problem is that on the sims2.fr website, I registered and when I followed their instructions, I saw that I had to sign up on another site. So, okay, I did it, but afterwards it doesn't work!!!! So could someone help me?

      Hi;
      It's very simple
      first: you download your objects.
      2: you create a Sims 2 folder for example.
      3: you download "download" (written exactly like this) and when you download your objects it goes directly into "download".
      4: you right-click on your objects in the "download" folder and select extract to my documents; EA games; The Sims 2; download (or written with an 's', I don't remember).
      And there you go, your objects are in your game

    I had a wild night so I've never had this problem and I'm also bad at English.
    However, use the integrated translator ("translate") from the Google bar, it will surely help you (it helped me for the modthesims site).

    I just went to see
    so first you need to log in with your EA Games account username and password (if you don't have one go to ea.com).
    Once you're logged in, go to the exchange section and choose item.
    And there you'll find 3 cars that you can download and that only require The Sims 2 to work.
    Well, that's in theory because as I told you I have NDF so I can't test it out first
