Same problem as most of you. I live in Haut Rhin in Guebwiller. I bought a TNT box and... it's impossible to get a proper signal for TF1, TMC, and NRJ; there’s only a mosaic. However, the other channels work perfectly. I tried modifying the frequency 65 in the settings, but it's IMPOSSIBLE to change it!!! Maybe it's due to the antenna... or maybe it's a general issue (based on what I've read in your messages). Being in a border region, could it be that the signal is weaker? Anyway, if someone could enlighten us. Thank you.
Buhl
special TNT Haut-Rhin: https://www.jechange.fr/telecom/internet, for your information, I am in Buhl and I receive French, Swiss, and German TNT without any problem, but with a suitable rooftop antenna.
Hi, I had the same problem but I'm from the southwest.
We have an outdoor antenna that is under the roof. We bought a Samsung integrated TNT TV and we couldn't pick up TF1, TMC, and NRJ12.
I connected a mobile antenna, I did a scan, and that scan found the missing channels, and I reconnected it to my roof antenna. It works perfectly without interference.
I don't know where the problem comes from, but for me, it's RESOLVED, I hope this can help you.

Hello, reception of all TNT channels in Sainte Croix en Plaine, but for the past week TF1, TMC, and NRJ12 are absent.
I think the problem comes from the Liebherr factory, which has set up a gigantic crane going from Sainte Croix towards Mulhouse.

Indeed, if a recent construction or obstacle suddenly blocks the path to the transmitter, it is possible that we no longer receive multiplex R6 and no matter how many times you reset the receiver, if the signal no longer comes through, you must ensure that the suspected cause is indeed the true one...
Good evening
In the case of missing chains, it is necessary to go back through the factory settings multiple times if needed, it works 90% of the time...
To be continued...
Best regards,
See you later

We also haven't received the channels TF1, TMC, and NRJ12 for a week; however, before that date, we had no trouble receiving them, we are also in Alsace in Rouffach.
Unfortunately, we followed the link provided in various responses and despite that, we're sorry we don't understand, it's too technical...
Hoping someone can help us!
Thank you in advance.

Good evening...
You just need to find in the menu how to return to factory settings (plug and play, reset, default settings....), confirm this choice, and once this is done, search for all the channels again.... You repeat these 2 operations as long as not all the channels are received, it should work....

There are simple and basic procedures (link repeated several times on the forum...) first we do an automatic search, then we repeat it 1 or 2 times, if negative we then do a manual search on the missing channels...
If the advanced search yields no expected results, we can possibly blame the installation... but that's another story...

I can no longer receive TF1, TMC, and NRJ12, even though I was receiving them since the beginning of DTT. I am in Cadolive on the Marseille Grande Étoile transmitter.
I changed my decoder without success. While the signal is 4/5 for all channels, it is zero for these three!
Who should I contact to report this problem?

I bought a TNT antenna. I can receive German channels without any problem, but not a single French channel in sight. Can someone help me? Thank you in advance.
I succeeded by moving the antenna a few centimeters, and on top of that, I gained quality on all the channels
but TF1, TMC, and NRJ12 are the three channels that come in the weakest
Best regards

Hello,
I live in Brittany and I have a problem: I cannot receive TMC. I was able to receive it a few months ago, but ever since I moved my TNT box to another television and installed a DVD recorder with built-in TNT on my initial television, I can no longer receive TNT on either of my two TVs.
Could someone help me?
Thank you in advance.

Hello.....
Strange, your issue, or poorly explained?!
First, try returning to the initial setup, with the decoder on the old TV, to see if it still works, just in case....! ;(
It will be difficult in any case through emails...!
If you have a LANDLINE phone number starting with 01, 02... I could call you to try to identify the problem...

Hello, I have the same problem as all of you, I haven't been receiving TF1, TMC, and NRJ 12 for about 2 months, even though my TNT device has been working very well for 2 years. I've tried everything: factory reset, manual search, but nothing works; the channels are very poor and inaudible!
I am located in MARSEILLE in the 9th district, for your information!
If anyone has a solution, it would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you.

Same problem for some time in Marseille 9th district. Until recently, and for over 2 years, we had interruptions on TF1 and TMC on DTT, but now it has lasted for more than a week. The other DTT channels are working fine. It's not an antenna or receiver problem; there is clearly a malfunction at the transmitter level (the Etoile transmitter in my case). The most surprising thing is that no one cares and there is no information. The only info I've received is that the problem would be fixed when the analog signal is turned off in 2011! Long live DTT!

I think it's the sender who modulates by direction, they take us for fools...
I have the impression that they are directing the power intermittently in different directions to try to please
everyone; they don't have the means to transmit at maximum in all directions.
I've had all the Belgian TNT channels perfectly since the beginning.
Observation made based on the below
-------------------------------I didn't have these 3 channels in Valenciennes at the start of the broadcast.
Without doing anything for 2 months, I had everything correctly without changing my antenna.
But since Tuesday, November 25, 2008, once again, nothing.
Why... the antenna installation is an easy scapegoat...
Who knows the email address to send a complaint to?
If you have any information,
thank you.

Hi, Yvon!
You need to go to: https://www.tdf.fr/ and then, at the bottom, "contact us." You should receive a response regarding your area.
For Marseille, I received a reply very quickly: it seems there are "upgrade" works on the transmitter, which are taking longer than expected. I’ve been told everything should be back to normal in about ten days. There might also be a malfunction regarding your situation.

You need to install a "TRINAPPE" type antenna between 18 and 20 dB
and you'll see you won't have any problems with frequency 65.

I live in Brittany and I have the same problems with TF1, TMC, and NRJ12.
I used to receive these channels well, then it deteriorated from time to time, and for several weeks now, it hasn't worked at all while I have no issues with the other channels. I've reset multiple times, but nothing works, these channels are no longer recognized.
Some of you suggest checking the antenna installations, verifying, etc ... but when it was working just fine before without changing any equipment, it certainly doesn't come from our installations and apparently it affects many regions. In my opinion, the success of TNT has been underestimated and it doesn't work as it should; it must be outdated.
What is worrying is that according to the messages I've seen on this forum, this has been happening since 2007 for some, 2008 for others, and 2009 in my case. So the problem isn't likely to be resolved anytime soon, if they are even trying to solve it ...

Hello,
if reception is lost from one day to the next, it's likely that your antenna has moved a few cm!!!!
simplest solution: Install a UHF amplifier (if you don’t have one)
another solution: adjust the antenna correctly on the "Mux" that is causing the problem
good luck,,,

Problems and solutions....
Reception problems in certain regions, like here in Brittany on R 6, generally stem from installations, but occasionally from wave propagation and certain phenomena affecting the signal's path, cases known to all professionals, who understand that it’s futile to insist, ultimately resulting in random outcomes (+ unnecessary costs). Resetting equipment is pointless if the DTT signal does not consistently reach the antenna...
The CSA, responsible for the terrestrial distribution of DTT channels, has obtained a law allowing and regulating free services (without subscription) via satellite, better known as TNTSAT managed by C+/Astra/SES, and more recently, FRANSAT, managed by Eutelsat on Atlantic Bird 3. This is no longer DTT but satellite television, which doesn’t matter.
These satellite services help cover all forms of terrestrial shadow areas, with 99.9% of France being served, while it is estimated that “holes” in DTT will occupy 15% of the territory.
So, this kind of problem has indeed been acknowledged by the government and is therefore resolved. At no point does the audiovisual law state that DTT channels must exclusively be transmitted via DTT antennas....

Reception is still possible (or almost)
In any case: if you lose channels from one day to the next, your installation has a bug!!!
Add a UHF amplifier, adjust your antenna, remove all unnecessary cable junctions (connections)
If after all this you still have the same bug, then you have reception problems in your area!!!
