Hello everyone, does anyone have a solution???
I'm using API Management 8, commercial management and accounting module, but I don't transfer invoices.
My issue is as follows in the management of quotes/orders: I managed to integrate an image of a height of 3 lines via the editing settings, but I can't modify the number of characters of the "LIBELLEARTICLE" limited to 80. Does anyone have a suggestion??

For those who want to migrate from API to CIEL, be prepared to have the software lock after exactly one year of use unless you obviously purchase the upgrade for €X or see the maintenance contract for even more expensive.
The service hotline is probably located abroad, perfectly capable of guiding you through copy-pasting but definitely not able to resolve your problem within the hour or even the following day; when the agent doesn't know, they pass you to their supposedly superior and you find yourself on hold, which lasts for hours. It's better to contact the sales management in Paris and raise a good fuss to get someone competent.

How can we enter decimal numbers in the quantity column when creating an invoice? I've searched everywhere without success and I'm quite frustrated. For your information, I'm using version eight of commercial management.

These are the joys of teleportation from hotlines in Morocco or India...
They don't understand anything (they follow the operating procedure to the letter), which makes us feel like we are being treated like idiots...
We shouldn't blame them (don't take it out on the little staff), we should blame the company: change the software as soon as possible and let it be known!!! -
The API technical support is located in FRANCE, more precisely in BORDEAUX.
No services outsourced abroad.
Moreover, the software is French, sir!
As for the service, everyone wants to play the IT technician, but indeed, it is very difficult to pay for something that is not tangible like a baguette or a car.
It should be noted that IT is an industry like any other industry.

I want to believe that the teleportation (hello Mr. Spock) of the hotlines was meant to refer to Ciel. Indeed, for users of API software, there are two options:
1° To contact the API hotline directly (through a subscription taken for this purpose)
2° To contact a reseller's hotline (based on their own pricing conditions)

Hello,
I am experiencing an issue with the automatic orders in Apisoft Gestion Huit. Indeed, as soon as an item reaches the minimum stock level, Gestion Huit suggests ordering that item. The problem is that the item appears multiple times on the same order, which becomes a significant issue as I have to go through all my orders and check that the items appear only once on each of them.
I would like to know if it is possible to configure Gestion Huit to avoid duplicates in my orders.
(or at least sort the items alphabetically or by code in my orders so that I can check them more quickly)

Hello,
indeed, the commercial management of Apisoft can be a bit tricky when it comes to setting up the editions. To get the long label, you need to use the commercial label field, which allows for 255 characters, unlike the one you selected, which is the short label limited to 80 characters.
The commercial management of Apisoft is being replaced by the update to Apinégoce, which can be found at http://www.tout-pour-la-gestion.com/. There is a pay-per-visit solution for interventions on the entire Api range via remote connection for a fee of 45 minutes, without any commitment to renew. Tout pour la gestion is certified and knows the Api range well.
