Je ne voie rien de suspect dans le rapport hijack this

y a ceci dans sdfix -> C:\WINDOWS\system32\dedd9_g.dll  mais elle date  -> Mon 9 Apr 2007 

tu peux faire analyser cette dll ici :

https://www.virustotal.com/gui/

puis 

Fais un scan Panda de ton disque dur en utilisant Internet Explorer (Pas avec Firefox ni Firebird)!

http://pandasoftware.fr

Acceptes l'Active X du site si nécessaire et désactive ton antivirus le temps du scan si necessaire.

voila virustotal n a rien trouve par contre panda a trouve ce qui suit dans le rapport. j attends de savoir quoi faire..encore merci

Télécharge OTMoveIt http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/oldtimer/OTMoveIt.exe (de Old_Timer) sur ton Bureau.
double-click sur OTMoveIt.exe pour le lancer.
copie la liste qui se trouve en citation ci-dessous,
et colle-la dans le cadre de gauche de OTMoveIt :Paste List of Files/Folders to be moved.

    Citation :
C:\WINDOWS
ircmd.exe    


Click sur MoveIt! pour lancer la suppression.
le résultat apparaitra dans le cadre "Results".
click sur Exit pour fermer.
poste le rapport situé dans C:\_OTMoveIt\MovedFiles.
Ps : il te sera peut-être demander de redémarrer le pc pour achever la suppression. Si c'est le cas accepte par Yes.

Désactive ta restauration système:
pour cela :
Click droit sur poste de travail, dans l´arborescence sur propriétés; 
dans la nouvelle fenettre click sur l´onglet restauration système;
coche la case désactiver la restauration systèm et applique.
puis redemarre le pc et click droit sur poste de travail, dans l´arborescence sur propriétés; 
dans la nouvelle fenettre click sur l´onglet restauration systèm
décoche la case désactiver la restauration systèm et applique. 

passe ceci :

Télécharge combofix.exe (par sUBs) sur ton Bureau.

-> http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/Beta/ComboFix.exe     

-> Double clique combofix.exe.
-> Tape sur la touche 1 (Yes) pour démarrer le scan.
-> Lorsque le scan sera complété, un rapport apparaîtra. Copie/colle ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse. 

NOTE : Le rapport se trouve également ici : C:\Combofix.txt

Télécharge NoLop sur ton bureau
---> http://www.spywareedge.net

Double-clic sur NoLop.exe puis clic sur Search and Destroy.
Lorsque l'analyse est finie et si une infection est trouvée, un message apparaîtra pour redémarrer, clic sur OK.
Clic sur REBOOT, un message apparaîtra au redémarrage.
Copie et colle ici le contenu du fichier NoLop.log que tu peux trouver à la racine de ton disque dur principal C:\NoLop.log

Télécharge Catchme de Gmer : http://www2.gmer.net/catchme.php sur le bureau

Double clique sur le fichier catchme.exe pour le lancer, il ne nécessite pas d'installation.
Une fenêtre DOS va s'ouvrir, laisse travailler le scan qui dure quelques instants.
Quand tu vois scan completed successfully tu fermes la fenêtre par Entrée
Un rapport catchme.log sera créé, poste-le pour analyse des résultats.

peux etre j´y verrais plus claire car la la cle me dis rien...

Bonjour alain,

le lien en 38 c´est ce qui va nous aider a supprimer la cle trouvé par sopho : PastIconsStream

alors :

click sur demarrer > execute > tape regedit et ok
dans la fenetre du registre navigue jusqu´a cette hierarchie :
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\
TrayNotify]
supprime les valeures appelées "IconStreams" et "PastIconsStream"
en suite pour finir la manip tu fais CTRL+ALT+SUPP pour ouvrir le gestionnaire de tâches.
Puis rends-toi à l'onglet "processus". et arrete explorer.exe puis tu le reactive...

Si j´ai bien compris ce qui estait expliqué sur le lien du post 38, ca devrait marcher...

mais sinon il est possible de le faire a l´aide de ccleaner :

dans le nettoyeur l´onglet windows > avancé > cache tray notifications et lancer le nettoyage

je te mets les infos pour ccleaner 

Ccleaner:

-> Télécharge Ccleaner (n'installe pas la barre d'outil Yahoo):

   http://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/telechargement 168 ccleaner

-> L´installer.

-> Une fois installé et lancé :

   Dans la colonne de gauche, click sur :

   ->"erreurs" :

      Coches toutes les cases dans les propriétés du nettoyeur de l´onglet "windows" et "applications", puis click en bas sur "chercher des erreurs" une fois terminé, clic sur "reparer les erreurs", tu auras un message pour sauvegarder ta base de registre, tu click "oui" puis tu recommence jusqu'à ce qu'il ne trouve plus rien.
      
      ps : les sauvegardes que tu auras faites, pourront etre supprimées ulterieurement si tout va bien.

   ->"nettoyeur"
   
      quitte ton navigateur avant de le lancer, décoche la derniere case (Avancé si elle est cochée) puis click sur "lancer le nettoyage" qunand il aura terminé le scan click en bas a droite sur "lancer le nettoyage" et accepte par oui.

Bonjour les ami(es) !
Avec Ccleaner , si vous décochez la case :Effacer les fichiers & dossiers de plus de 48 heures, les temporaires seront supprimer sur le champs. NB: il est aussi important de décocher les cases qui sont dans 'Applicatios' comme Anti-virus et autre qui doivent conserver les mises à jours déjà faites comme banque de données. Sinon à la prochaine Mises à jour, il devra se réintroduire l'ancienne et la nouvelle.
De plus, on a nullement besoin de conserver les vieilles erreurs de registres trouvées par Ccleaner.
Et oui le nettoyage des versions desuettes,comme java entre-autre est bienfaiteur sur le volume.

Encore, il y a RegSeeker qui est très bon et fait une sauvegarde du registres en cas d'erreurs ,mais qui aussi peut facilement 'en mode automatique' corriger souvent plus de 300 à 1000 erreurs absolument pas indispensables.
Sans compter les lignes inutiles de démarrage de processus et leur chaines qu'il est bon de réduire dans un bût d'optimisation.
Mais cela s'avere un peu plus hazardeux pour ceux qui ne sont pas sûrs !
Alors dans ce cas, il incombe d'avoir de l'aide appropriée.

As-tu suivis la procédure sur le site de Java ?
Si oui ou non c'est pas grave.
Regardes: Installes ce petit logiciel et lui va supprimer les récalcitrants. 
Fais pareil avec ajout et suppression de programmes puis si Windows veut pas alors Unlocker va t'offrir de fermer le processus et de supprimer.
Dans un cas extrême, il va le supprimer au Reboot de ta machine. 
Sinon ,il y a anguille sous roche.
Peut-être une exploitation malsaine de tes versions désuettes de java !

En faisant une suppression ciblée, on voit apparaitre la ligne 010 qui était aussi absente avant.

Alors, ceci explique l'impossibilité de supprimer les anciennes lignes de Java qui ont en fait été exploitées par un individu mal intentionné.
En conséquences, ceci : C:\Windows\System32\shdocvw.dll  ne se laissera pas si facilement supprimer non plus .
On poursuit.
Donc en conséquences  seulement supprimable et réussi avec OT MoveIt
C:\Windows\System32\shdocvw.dll NOT unregistered.
C:\Windows\System32\shdocvw.dll moved successfully.

Donc il y a des traces de'' oodefrag'' seulement.
Surement une mauvaise désinstallation.
Recherches et supprime les restes et Ccleaner.
Puis

Refais Reg Seeker en sans echec Mode automatique.
Celle -ci devrait être dans la liste verte.
Et tu ne m"as pas donné suite à ma question sur msn ... Tu as une imprimante Lexmark?
ce soir tu devras défragmenter avec JKDefrag en mode Ecran de veille.

bonsoir.j ai une imprimante lexmark .j ai defragmente en mode sans echec. c est pas pareil?j ai passe ccleaner plusieurs fois avec les reglages que tu m as donne. je trouve que mon pc demarre plus vite. et dis moi pour les parametres de l assistance a distance ce que je dois faire. et pour les logiciels que tu m as dis d installer. merci d avance

grace a g!rly et jalobservateur mon probleme est resolu

et les conseils judicieux quand aux logiciels de securite de jalobservateur sont tres efficaces et ne ralentissentpas du tout mon pc contrairement ace qu on pouurait croire de prime abord
