Hello everyone!
I have a problem with my SMC7901BRA2 router; I can't complete the configuration because I can't access the page 192.168.2.1. Every time I type it in, I get a blank page (Internet Explorer cannot display this page).
I don't know what the problem is.
Please help me; THANK YOU for your interest.
Have a nice day.

To access 192.168.2.1, the product must be registered because I reset my router.

No need to register at the address 192.168.2.1 with username: Admin

password leave blank or: admin then configure your router and you're good to go.

I would like to know how to secure my router, that is to say, put the lock in my name. I have a Belkin router model 5D9230-4. Thank you, Muriel

All ISPs sell their box with a CD or there is a program called Internet Manager or something similar. Install this program, and you will be able to configure your box much better without going through a browser.

Disconnect your router for 15 seconds and try again... it will work.

In my case, Win 10, Firefox, AVG Free, the web protection of AVG was the culprit as it was blocking access to 192.168.2.1. I had to add an exception for the URL 192.168.2.1 in the AVG options, and that was it.
Looking forward to it!

It's not 192.168.2.1, it's 192.168.1.1 for all routers. It's very simple, you'll land on your router's web page. It will ask you for a username and a password. For the username, you write admin, and for the password, you write admin. It's very simple, it will work very well.
