HELP ! adware virtumonde , puritiscan

Question

Bonjour, je suis nouveau sur ce forum, d'habitude je me sers des autres posts quand j'ai des problèmes et je me débrouille tout seul mais là , face à mon incompétence je me dois de poster ... 

Tout a commencé par une clé USB, dans un premier temps norton me detecte un virus nommé Ravemone et me dit qu'il a été supprimé, puis un autre nommé Rajump, mais c'est là que commence les emmerdes, norton me dit qu'il a supprimé mais le pb se reproduit a l'infini, du coup norton m'ouvre a chaque fois une nouvelle fenetre pr me dire qu'il l'a supprimé mais recommence à l'infini... Je suis allé sur le site Symentec pour mettre le fix du meme nom mais il me dit qu'aucun objet de ce nom a été trouvé !
Enfin ce matin, j'allume mon PC et là comme un con g cliké sur la mauvaise icone " bestseller antivirus" , du coup je me suis fais bai.....
Bref je navigue un peu sur le web et là je vois que certain cas similaires ont été trouvés mais par d'autres noms  , j'ai lancé un scan par norton et il me dit qu'il a trouvé des menaces mais qu'il n'a pas pu les éliminer, appelées adware virtumonde, puritiscan , et downloader..
Là je n'y connais plus rien, je suis térré chez moi, je ne vais plus en cours , je regarde des séries télé allemandes ... HELP HELP HELP !

bonjour et bienvenue
ton infection RavMon, c'est une infection qui se propage par les périphériques externes, donc si tu désinfectes ton Pc mais pas tes périphériques - clé USB, DD externe,tout périphérique qui se connecte sur ton PC, etc...cela se relance..
tu vas faire ceci dans un 1er temps
Si tu as une clé USB, disque dur externe, etc, branche-les sans les ouvrir avant de lancer ce FIX
Télécharge Rav antivirus: http://ww25.evosla.com/compteur.php?soft=rav_antivirus
· Clique droit sur le fichier .ZIP > Extraire sur > le Bureau
· Doucle clic sur >> RAV.exe << afin de lancer l'outil.
· Une fois RAV ANTIVIRUS lancé, laisse-le réagir , il scanne automatiquement tous les lecteurs (disques fixes et amovibles)
· Si infection > un rapport s'établira, sinon s'affichera (très rapide) ==>Votre Ordinateur est sain .
· Retire tes disques amovibles et redémarre ton ordinateur .
Poste le rapport , si infection!

Je retire la Clé USB et les HDD port. et je redemarre !

Télécharge VundoFix.exe (par Atribune) sur ton Bureau
http://www.atribune.org/ccount/click.php?id=4
clic double sur VundoFix.exe afin de le lancer
clic sur le bouton Scan for Vundo
Lorsque le scan est complété, clic sur le bouton Remove Vundo
Une invite te demandera si tu veux supprimer les fichiers, clic YES
Après avoir cliqué "Yes", le Bureau disparaîtra un moment lors de la suppression des fichiers
 Tu verras une invite qui t'annonce que ton PC va redémarrer; 
clic OK
 Note: Il est possible que VundoFix soit confronté à un fichier qu'il ne peut supprimer. Si tel est le cas, l'outil se lancera au prochain redémarrage; il faut simplement suivre les instructions ci-haut, à partir de "clic sur le bouton Scan for Vundo".
Copie/colle le contenu du rapport situé dans C:\vundofix.txt ainsi qu'un nouveau rapport HijackThis dans ta prochaine réponse

il en reste donc tu fais ceci en suivant bien les consignes
 Relance Vundofix

 * Copie/colle les fichiers ci-dessous ( un par case) :

 * Clique sur Add files
 * Ensuite clique sur Close Windows
 * Enfin, clique sur Remove Vundo ( les fichiers précédents doivent apparaitre dans la fenêtre principale)
 * Si l'outils demande un redémarrage, accepte

Télécharge VirtumundoBeGone sur ton bureau .

Cliquer sur Outils > Options des dossiers > Affichage.
Sélectionner :
cocher : Afficher les fichiers et dossiers cachés.
décocher : Masquer les extensions des fichiers dont le type est connu. 
décocher : Masquer les fichiers protégés du système d'exploitation (recommandé)
Cliquer sur Appliquer et Ok
Et teste ceci:

Cliquer sur ce lien

Cliquer sur Parcourir et indiquer le chemin du ou des fichier(s) que j’ai désigné(s).

Télécharge combofix.exe (par sUBs) sur ton Bureau
  http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe
Double clique combofix.exe.
Tape sur la touche Y (Yes) pour démarrer le scan.
Lorsque le scan sera complété, un rapport apparaîtra. Copie/colle ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse
NOTE : Le rapport se trouve également ici : C:\Combofix.txt
et un rapport hijack this

Télécharge clean.zip, de Malekal 
http://www.malekal.com/download/clean.zip 

décompresse-le sur ton bureau (clic droit / extraire tout), tu dois obtenir un dossier clean. 
Ouvre le dossier clean qui se trouve sur ton bureau, et double-clic sur clean.cmd, une fenêtre noire va apparaître pendant un instant, laisse la ouverte. 
Choisis l'option 1 puis patiente 
poste le rapport obtenu

Ouvre le dossier jaune nommé clean sur ton bureau. 
Double-clique sur clean.cmd 
Choisis l'option 2 et copie sur le bureau le rapport généré. 
Si une fenêtre s'ouvre, laisse-la. 
Clique sur Q pour quitter le programme. 

redémarre normalement et poste moi les rapports obtenus

Télécharge OTMoveIt (de Old_Timer) sur ton Bureau.
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/oldtimer/OTMoveIt.exe

clic double sur OTMoveIt.exe pour le lancer.
copie la liste qui se trouve en citation ci-dessous,
et colle-la dans le cadre de gauche de OTMoveIt :
Paste List of Files/Folders to be moved.
C:\WINDOWS\system32\uewdmxxh.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\gebyv.dll

clique sur MoveIt! pour lancer la suppression.
le résultat apparaîtra dans le cadre Results.
clique sur Exit pour fermer.
poste le rapport situé dans C:\\_OTMoveIt\MovedFiles.

il te sera peut-être demandé de redémarrer le pc pour achever la suppression.
si c'est le cas accepte par Yes.

ca y est ! bin apriori tt va pr le mieux tjs pu de spam a l'horizon !
J'ai plein de questions, est ce que je peux rebrancher mes HDD, Ipod, Clé USB ?
Quel antivirus me conseilles tu ? j'ai des pb pour les mises à jour car je passe par un Proxi , je suis en reseau ds des logements étudiants et le reseau bloque mes mise à jour pour AVG mais norton est possible ? Mais peut etre c'est encore trop tot pr ces questions ??^^

oui et apparament ca pose pb , le pb c'est que j'avais AVG mais que me sentant vulnérable en voyant arrivé Ravmone et W32.rajump, j'ai flippé et j'ai viré AVG pour installer Norton 2007 trouvé sur le réseau de la cité U, mais apparament cà a été un mauvais choix !!

effectivement si tu regardes bien le rapport, il est infecté
je te donne le lien de désinstallation de norton, tu vas le supprimer et le remplacer par un antivirus aussi valable voir plus au point de vue légèreté et réactivité face aux infections et qui a l'avantage d'être gratuit, son seul inconvénient si l'on peut dire, il est en anglais...

Redémarre en mode sans échec, copie ou imprime ce qui suit car tu n'auras pas accès à internet

1) Redémarre ton ordi
2) Tapote la touche F8 immédiatement, (F5 sur certains PC) juste après le "Bip"
3) Tu verras un écran avec options de démarrage apparaître
4) Choisis la première option : Sans Échec, et valide avec "Entrée"
5) Choisis ton compte habituel, et non Administrateur

scanne ton PC ( poste de travail ) avec Antivir

enregistre le rapport obtenu dans le bloc note et copie colle le sur le forum

Les fichiers infectés qui se trouvent dans les quarantaines seront supprimés aussi.
OTMoveIt s'auto supprime aussi.
la manoeuvre nécessitera un redémarrage initié par le programme.

Maintenant il te reste ceci à effectuer

Supprime tous les outils utilisés:
HijackThis, Navilog, smitfraudfix qui sont spécifiques pour des infections et ne te serviront plus!
Supprime aussi tous les rapports obtenus!

Tu peux néanmoins conserver Ccleaner et AVG antispyware, mis à jour régulièrement, ils te serviront, l'un, Ccleaner, pour le nettoyage quotidien de ton PC, l'autre, AVG Antispyware, pour la recherche d'éventuelles infections...

Restauration système
Désactive ta restauration
Clique droit sur poste de travail/propriétés/coche la case désactiver la restauration, appliquer, OK
Redémarre ton PC 
Réactive ta restauration
Clique droit sur poste de travail/propriétés/décoche la case désactiver la restauration, appliquer, OK
Redémarre ton PC

3/
Nettoyage et Défragmentation de tes Disques
Nettoyage
Clic droit sur "poste de travail" ==>"ouvrir" ==>clic droit sur le disque C ==>Propriétés ==>onglet "Général"
Clique sur le bouton "nettoyage de disque", OK
tu le fais pour chacun de tes disques

Vérifications des erreurs
Clic droit sur "poste de travail" ==>"ouvrir" ==>clic droit sur le disque C ==>Propriétés ==>onglet "Outil"
"Vérifier maintenant", une boîte s'ouvre, cocher les cases
réparer automatiquement les erreurs...
rechercher et tenter une récupération...
Démarrer, ok

ensuite toujours dans le même onglet tu choisis
Défragmentation
"défragmenter maintenant", OK
une boîte s'ouvre, tu sélectionnes le disque à défragmenter, et tu cliques sur "analyser", puis après l'analyse, "défragmenter" . OK

La protection de ton Pc

La sécurité c'est très important mais ne remplace pas l'internaute, un surf prudent en évitant le crack, les sites "chauds", permet déjà d'éviter bien des soucis, le P2P lui aussi est source d'infections...
Outre la parfaite mise à jour du système d'exploitation, désormais, pour surfer tranquillement et sans soucis sur "le Net", il faut se protéger au maximum!
Pour cela il faut :

1. en résident : Il est résident sur ton PC, c'est à dire qu'il fonctionne dès la mise en route de ton Système.
/- un bon antivirus, gratuit ou payant, mis régulièrement à jour, qui te protège en temps réel! 
/- un pare feu autre que celui fourni par Windows, comme Zone Alarm ou Kerio qui te protège aussi en temps réel! 
/- un anti spyware efficace, type Spybot Search and Destroy, avec sa protection résidente, Tea Timer, activée!! 
Tu scannes ton PC toutes les semaines environ avec, après l'avoir mis à jour, et tu as aussi sa protection en temps réel qui te protège.

2. pour scanner régulièrement ton PC
/- un anti trojan efficace, comme AVG antispyware .A la fin d'une période d'essai du logiciel, il est proposé une version payante que tu n'es pas obligé d'acheter. Il perd alors sa fonction "résident" et tu dois faire les mises à jour manuellement. Il reste néanmoins très utile pour scanner régulièrement ton PC et le nettoyer d'éventuelles infections.

3. un logiciel comme Spyware Blaster qui empêche l'installation d'ActiveX nuisibles. 
Il faut régulièrement le mettre à jour pour inscrire les ActiveX dangereux dans sa base de données, et ainsi être protégé contre eux, puisque son rôle est d'empêcher leur installation.

4. un bon navigateur tel Firefox ou Opera pour remplacer IE, que tu ne conserves que pour effectuer les mises à jour de Windows!
