Hello,
I realized while checking my Google history that it does not match reality. It shows me sites I have never visited, and the most incomprehensible thing is that they appear in my Google searches!!!
Moreover, I apparently visited these sites many times a day.
For clarification, no one has accessed my PC (at least from the outside), and I had my identity stolen twice four months ago. Since then, I have only changed my antivirus. Can you tell me if I am being hacked? Thank you

Firewall: Zone Alarm Free
Antivirus: Antivir
Spyware: Spybot (in real-time: internet)
Malwarebytes as a "backup" -
I don't think it's hacking.
I'm not an expert in the field, but if someone can hack another person using an email address, that's scary lol.
Are you sure no one else uses your computer at home?
If you have windows that open by themselves while browsing (like ads), they should show up in your history, I think, but we close them right away so we don't see what they are.
Google searches sometimes display "top searches," meaning the most common searches by internet users..
If I'm making mistakes, you might consider a malicious software like a virus or spyware, you never know, they can open browser windows by themselves so why not access the history.
Consider an online virus scan like Pandasecurity and a Spyware scan with Ad-aware or Spybot that can be downloaded.
In the most extreme case, you might think of hacking but well.
Wait for other opinions before jumping into anything unnecessary.
I've given you my humble opinion.
Good Luck

Use Malwarebyte instead of Ad-aware & Spybot.
https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/securite/14361-malwarebytes-anti-malware/
More effective in case of very aggressive attacks.
1 online scan with "If you have windows opening by themselves while browsing (like ads), they should show up in the history I think...".
Close all your connections (MSN...). Also all your programs (especially the messaging app).
Activate your external storage devices (hard drive, USB stick...)
Install it. Update it & start a complete scan. Delete the quarantined files. -
If there is an IP, it often implies hacking.
I don't see any solutions against hacking.
Maybe a good firewall (my nVidia firewall protects me from hacking attempts)
Sorry I can't help you.
Look for solutions against intrusions (software, or others, or contact Microsoft for more help)

No idea.
I leave you in the good care of ITOKYOPEYA, who seems to know the subject better.
