Boot loop on computer

Hello, I performed a Windows 11 update (probably the latest online one), the PC restarted normally and I did the same with my graphics card (NVIDIA update from the app) as a normal update, I applied the quick and simple setting and not the custom one. Normal loading, black screen as usual except that the problem appears, the screen is black for a moment (I waited up to 3 to 5 minutes before taking action), having had this problem before, I did what was necessary to fix it (check if the HDMI had not changed on my monitor, run Win+Ctrl+Shift+B), still nothing. I then powered off my computer and since then, I pressed the power button (and I’m talking about the front button on the case, not the one at the back) the computer turns on, a small usual sound, the lights come on, the fans spin then everything shuts down as quickly as it arrived, all goes off, the sound restarts (this one coming from the power supply that triggers when I turn it on or off) the fans begin to stop and suddenly the computer turns back on by itself, the same process repeating until I press the O behind the computer. I unplugged all USB cables that were connected, HDMI as well. I looked up on chat gpt which asked me to see if any LEDs light up. No lights came on except the fans LEDs of the case. The process repeating 2 to 3 times per second, I don’t dare redo it for fear of damaging circuits. I ran several tests with chat gpt, check if any pins were misconnected (CPU, graphics card and motherboard), I also unplugged one RAM stick and left only one connected, it suggested interacting with CLR_CMOS but there is a plastic piece covering the area above the word, so I am forced to disconnect my graphics card and despite several attempts, some of which could have damaged the second pin that won’t move, I am therefore unable to disconnect my graphics card. Chat gpt looped me in circles so I asked it to find another way to help and it brought me here. Not having the means to take my computer to a repair shop for them to check, I’m posting here to find a solution. Thanks in advance and have a good weekend.

here are the components I currently have and know:

graphics card: RTX 3080 Nvidia

CPU: B550 AORUS ELITE V2

RAM: Corsair 16Go x 2

CPU cooler: Be quiet! No further information

motherboard: unfortunately I don’t know the brand and all my additional info is on the computer

power supply: I also don’t have information about that, unfortunately

case: I don’t have a name besides a description, case with LED, with 2 front fans, 1 at the back. Transparent front window and a cover to store the power supply which makes access very difficult.

PS: I also mentioned that I already had this problem (NVIDIA update, followed by a black screen lasting more than 3 minutes) after performing the manipulation above I restarted my PC and at that moment my PC restarted normally and I only had to redo the update and the problem was fixed. That’s why I didn’t bother turning off the PC again after performing the manipulation.
