Where are the SFR emails (Red by SFR)..?

Hello,

But where are these Red by SFR emails… to read them on Webmail.

Usually, Thunderbird collects my emails and it works.

However, a provider sent me docs and a video to my Red by SFR address and I can’t find it, there’s nothing… not even in Spam… it’s deserted.

So I’ll check WebMail… and also SFR’s one (in red). There’s nothing, not even the emails I received today.

I think I understand that it’s SFR (red) that serves the emails for Red by SFR… It’s empty.

How can I recover what may have been classified as SPAM..?

    Hello,

    Spam is, as the name suggests, in the spam tab of your Red SFR account’s inbox (which indeed for this mailbox connects to SFR in general) under junk.
     

    In the absence of filters you may have put in place, the only other place where they can be located according to their nature is under the settings (gear icon) in the Infos and Promos folder, which will exist independently or will be merged with the inbox depending on the case.
     

    Of course, in any case, if this email has previously been retrieved by Thunderbird or whatever you use via POP3, there will be nothing.

    OK, thanks for your participation.

    I’ve looked everywhere, but it’s all empty... I don’t know if it was sent...

    Anyway, I asked the sender to resend it to another address and it worked... My story will end on this note, without a real conclusion to the whole tale.
