How to delete the Google account of the former owner

Hello, I bought a phone and they’re asking me to sign in with the Google account of the previous owner, but the owner isn’t in the same region as I am. What can I do?

    Hello,

    A phone on which the seller has not previously removed their Google account is unusable and unsellable.

    Return it to them and get a refund.

    Hello,

    The only solution I can offer you is to contact the previous owner to dissociate the phone from their Google account. That will unlock it remotely.

    Otherwise you should return it as brucine suggests. We cannot provide you with other methods to bypass this lock.
