    Or high heat, printer left in the sun, ink dried in the cartridges; I’ve already encountered this problem with a neighbor upon her return from vacation, exactly the same model.

    I just saw, after removing and reinserting the cartridges, that the black one has dropped.

    I had to use it two months ago.

    And now I see that it is inactive.
