Hello. If I select "source" with the TV remote, the USB option does not appear on the screen, unlike the 4 HDMI inputs, and others. I have tried going through all the menus and sub-menus, but nothing works.

I simply want to read a documentary program that I recorded on a USB drive thanks to Captvty.

Do you have an idea?

    hi

    it's probably the format of the key that isn't supported by the TV

    right-click on your key ==> properties
