Hello,
My grandson forgot his PIN on his XIAOMI tablet. We tried to follow the "forgot password" procedure without success. It offers a reboot to reset to factory data, but after several unsuccessful attempts we haven’t managed to do it (via the power button and the volume up button). Currently only FASTBOOT is displayed on the screen. Does anyone have a solution to perform a factory reset? And incidentally a recovery?
