Fraudulent messages virus infection

For a week, we have been receiving fraudulent messages at the bottom right corner of our screen.
These messages (from "Mac cafe or others) claim that our computer is infected with viruses, even suggesting that it could be critical for our computer...
We tested with our antivirus and firewall. Result: No viruses detected.
What can we do to block this or these hackers?
Thank you in advance

Hello,
These are browser notifications.
These "hackers" took advantage of your click on Allow in a pop-up window from a website that opened in your browser to send you notifications, so you allowed them yourself, probably automatically.
See:
https://www.commentcamarche.net/applis-sites/applications/28917-desactiver-les-notifications-des-sites-web-dans-un-navigateur/
It can also be disabled with a program for all popular browsers.
If you want to inspect for unwanted items with RegRun Reanimator, download it from the official site
https://greatis.com/security/reanimator.html
Click on Fix Problems and then on Fix Malware Issues
Be careful, it detects hazardous items, sometimes good, sometimes bad, and sometimes important as well; it's important to sort them out by deductions or Internet searches and/or VirusTotal analysis of executable files or drivers, to delete only viruses or unnecessary files.

There are tabs at the top to see the different types of items.
It shows details like types, names, and locations of files, etc., which often provide concrete clues.
Whether an item is marked in red (often bad), yellow, blue, or green, it's up to the user to judge the relevance of what is detected.
You can use the right-click > Copy to Clipboard to copy the detection text. (This helps in searches)
Check the items to delete and not the others, and click the red button to delete them, and confirm, then continue by clicking on Next to check all the tabs where there are detected items.
Finally, at Finish!, if needed, click on the "Restart is Required" button to restart Windows.
To me, it seems simple, but you have to learn, especially not to allow notifications from websites.
