Hello,
I don’t know if I’m in the right forum: in domestic electrical work, how can I explain that I have a potential (varying 24 to 60V) between neutral and earth, on only one outlet? Normally, if there is a leakage current, the RCD should trip. How can this be explained? Thank you in advance for your support.
