Hello,

I am unable to connect the Amazon Echo Dot 5th generation to the wifi of my Orange Flybox 5G.

I tried connecting to the 2.4 GHz network and then to the 5 GHz, but nothing works...

Has anyone encountered this problem before?
Do you have a solution?

Thank you for your help

Hello,

is it the wifi or the Amazon account that you're having trouble connecting to?

Is the mobile with the Alexa app connected to this network?

Is the speaker new or has it already been connected to another network?

And there you go ....

But misery, those line spacing are so annoying!!

Hello :)

Thank you for your reply

The speaker is new and it's the wifi network that I can't connect to (yet during setup it detects both of my wifi networks, the 2.4GHz and the 5GHz one). The mobile is connected to the wifi network (currently on 2.4GHz, I’ve tried both but without success...)

Thanks again for your help

What does the Alexa app say?

Can the mobile see the Wi-Fi (direct) network of the speaker like amazon-xxx?

Sorry, I didn't see the second question

No, the mobile doesn't see the speaker's (direct) wifi network

Let's say the speaker is broken, request the exchange.
