      Hello,

      The description is still somewhat brief, including that unless you have accepted the robot's response we don't know what it recommended.

      Older phones or perhaps even the proprietary overlay of some newer ones come with a news reader by default but not on the home screen, on an additional side screen.

      Google News is in principle installed by default on all newer phones (except perhaps Google embargo like Huawei) if we haven't removed it, otherwise it can be found in the Play Store and the current version is compatible with at least Android 7.

      If it has been installed from a third-party source, you do it at your own risk, those third-party installation sources must be allowed, and the installation format is often xapk not easy to handle.

      In the presence of an origin and authorized download or if it is by default, Google News is found in the app store and must be installed on the home screen as a Widget (long press on the home screen and Widgets) or added from its menu when launched, then configured as you wish regarding interests.
