Hello
Due to a mishandling I deleted a file? I thought I would find it in the "Recycle Bin". I click on the "Recycle Bin" icon and it displays a completely blank page? I checked right-click on "Properties" of the Recycle Bin and the box "Do not move files to the Recycle Bin" is not checked. Do you have an explanation for this completely empty "Recycle Bin"? Thanks for your help
