Forced on-screen keyboard after a PC update

Hello,

Each time there is a new update to my desktop PC, at startup I cannot enter my password with my physical keyboard (only the first time). I have to use the on-screen keyboard! After that it works normally again.

Even my repair technician, the PC installer, doesn't understand...

    Hello,

    Did the repair technician try by plugging in another keyboard? Has he reinstalled the driver if it is a programmable or wireless keyboard?
