Hello,
I bought a TV "Edenwood" today and I can't pick up a single channel. I have an antenna in my apartment and my old TV works perfectly. I go into the settings, then to "Channels," but the search yields no results. Can you help me?

Good evening,
Where did you buy your TV and is it new?

Good evening, What is the exact model/reference of this TV? Depending on the year of the TV and if it is quite old, it may require a HD TNT adapter in order to receive current HD TNT!

Check with a HD TNT adapter using SCART (péritel) and with HDMI as in the capture.

Hello,
If the TV is old and has no digital tuner (which is becoming unlikely, since TNT dates from 2005) it is rarely to the point of not having an HDMI port, the SCART port on adapters existing only as a decorative feature and presenting the drawback of not supporting HD except, if by extraordinary chance this adapter was only SCART and the TV HDMI with a hypothetical SCART-to-HDMI adapter.
The situation more strongly argues for an analog search.

Yes, I bought the TV new with 2 years of warranty. I bought it at Electro Depot

If the old TV works, and the antenna is connected, it’s either that the new one is faulty (surprising but possible) or, as mentioned earlier, that we performed a channel search in analogue mode only.
There are sometimes barbaric names in the menus, DTV for digital (and ATV for analogue); we search only for digital, and not both if the menu allows it, since there is no chance of getting anything analogue.
Of course, also, the menu is on the correct source (TV and not, for example, HDMI).
