I can't connect my universal remote.

Hello,
My son broke my remote control and it hasn’t worked for a while. I bought a supertel universal pilot remote control to connect in its place. The problem is that none of the techniques work to connect this new remote to the television. Thank you for your help.

    Normally, there is a code to enter depending on the TV brand.
    Otherwise,
    you can start an automatic search by following these steps:
    1- select the desired device
    2- press the power button until the TV turns off
    3- turn on the device, thus the code is saved
