Hello,

I have Photoshop CS5 and the Camera Raw plug-in that works well. However, the Camera Raw version is old and does not support photos taken with Expert Raw on my S22. I downloaded the latest version of Camera Raw and started the installation, but how do I install it into Photoshop?

    Hello,

    To install the latest version of Camera RAW in Photoshop CS5, follow the installation steps of the downloaded program, then open Photoshop so that the RAW files are recognized.

    Hello,

    I already did that yesterday after the installation but it’s still the plug-in from the old version that’s in CS5 and my file won’t open.

      Hello,

      This is a topic I don’t understand at all but apparently CS5, which is archaic, doesn’t support a Camera Raw version newer than 6.7 and that might explain the problem.

      On the other hand, apart from Samsung, the usefulness of Expert Raw is often disputed.

    Indeed, my CS5 version is as old as Herod. I think I’ll look into buying the recent monthly version.
