PUK code and password on Samsung

Hello,
After a OneUI update, my A57 (Bouygues SIM card) keeps asking me to enter the PUK code and the password, and it keeps asking for the code and new password... and so on (already 4 times)?
Is it a bug from Samsung, Bouygues, or an error on my part?
Thank you for your insights

Hello;
The PUK code is linked to the SIM card, not to the brand of the smartphone, and is written on the card's support...in the letter attached to the delivery.

Hello,
The PUK code is the code required to unlock the SIM card after three incorrect PIN codes have been entered, and it can only be provided by your operator.

Recovery of the PUK code
The PUK code is issued by mobile operators, along with the SIM card. It may be written on the paper accompanying the SIM card ("PUK . . . . .") or on the plastic card holder in which the SIM card (in mini or micro format) is initially inserted. At Free Mobile[4], Bouygues Telecom[5], Orange[6] and SFR[7], the code can also be retrieved from their customer portal, dedicated applications, and/or via customer service.

Hello,
The error is probably on your side.
You are likely confusing the SIM card unlock code (only at smartphone startup) with the screen unlock code, which is used much more frequently.For the rest, MPMP10 has provided all the useful information.
What is well conceived is clearly stated,
And the words to say it come easily.
