Hotspot sharing bug

Hello,
I'm explaining my problem! At home, I share my phone's internet connection with my PC. But as soon as I want to watch a series on a platform, it lags and crashes :(
I think it's due to bandwidth. So I set up a "Mobile WiFi hotspot." My phone can transmit at 5 GHz, but I have the impression that my PC can only receive 2.4 GHz. It can't pick up 5 GHz. What can I do? Is there something to configure to boost my connection?? Do I need a WiFi repeater?
I need your help!!

Does that mean that otherwise (when you browse from one site to another or access your messaging) it works?
In that case, watching a video won't change the protocol from 2.4 to 5 GHz.
A wifi repeater will just repeat the flaws of the connection and is anyway of no use in solving this problem.
The problem lies elsewhere, probably in insufficient bandwidth.
Suggestion::
- use a USB cable instead of the wifi connection between the smartphone and the PC.
Wait for other opinions.
