Hello,

I am on w11, I have a Canon Pixma 3600 printer that was working very well.

I wanted to find the scanning software that had disappeared. I must have fiddled too much and now the printer no longer works.

I uninstalled everything but I can't get it back on wifi. It is not detected by the network. I don't know how to add it manually.

It works via cable but I would like it to be on wifi.

I also want to mention that I changed my service provider. Could that be a cause?

Thank you for reading me

Hello, the best option is to completely reinstall the printer.

    Hello,

Download and install --> Revo Uninstaller
    Run it as an administrator
Uninstall all products of the Canon printer
Follow the tutorial carefully to uninstall everything properly, including residual folders and keys.
For the residual scan, check --> advanced mode
    Restart the pc.

Download this driver --> PIXMA MG3600
Disconnect the USB cable from the pc
    Turn on the printer
    Launch the driver setup
    Follow the instructions.

Hello and thank you for your quick response.

For now, it works with a cable. I'll see later.
