Based on this article, if the goal is indeed to locate and gather them all in one place in record time and very easily!
Install the software Picasa 3.9.141 (Build 259); the installation takes about three minutes and then at the end of the installation, the software will ask you if you want to recover all your photos on the hard drive, you will need to click on "yes" and then all the recovered photos will be present in the Picasa interface, and you will have access to all your photos via the Picasa icon located on your desktop.
