    Hello,

    We don't provide support via email, sorry.

    If the problem is recent,

    Go to Settings > Update & Security > Recovery > Advanced startup > Restart now

    And note down:

    To go to Troubleshoot > Advanced options > System Restore

    Select another restore point...

    The furthest back possible if it doesn't affect too many of your installed programs since.

    Restoring from WinRE is less likely to cause errors than within Windows.
