Firefox bookmark system not working

Hello, when opening Firefox, bookmarks give an error message.

The bookmarks and history system will not be operational, one of the files is currently running.

I repair Firefox and it still doesn't work.

    Hello! Sometimes, it's the antivirus that blocks the bookmark file thinking it's doing the right thing. Try disabling your antivirus for just 2 minutes and restart Firefox to see if the error goes away. If it works again, you'll just need to add Firefox as an exception in your antivirus.
