Unable to connect with Paybyphone

Since Saturday, Paybyphone has been sending me a message: "the connection has failed." Has anyone had the same problem? How was it resolved? I wrote to the platform, which is not responding (!) and I'm therefore forced to revert to the good old parking ticket bought at the kiosk. Thank you for your responses or suggestions!

It seems that there is an issue with their own servers, but also evidently with their application which doesn't seem to be working properly, given the various comments.

If the problem is coming from their servers, then there is nothing you can do on your side. In this context, only the site administrators are able to correct this error.
After that, you can try uninstalling the application in question and see if reinstalling it solves the issue.
