Hello,

I scanned some sheets, everything went very well, then I turned off the printer. The next day, when I started it up to scan again, I immediately encountered error OXF4.

When I turn on the printer, the carriage doesn't move, and I get error OXF4 right away.

I took off the top, and nothing seems to be broken. Have you ever encountered this error?

    Hello.

So, try to see if you find yourself in this situation:

Even though it is not the same printer.

In the linked topic, it was a part that had become misaligned!

Error code 0x4D usually indicates a paper feed issue or a carriage jam.

Turn off the printer, open the cover, and make sure that no paper is jammed (which I think you may have already done).

But above all, check if any component inside has become misaligned or moved unusually.

Unplug it for a few minutes (10), and plug it back in.
