Hello,

I have an EPSON XP-4200 printer (imp1) that no longer works, but the scanner is fine.

I bought the same model (imp2).

My husband and I each have a computer (one Mac and one Lenovo PC).

We can both print on imp2.

However, we cannot scan on imp2, but we can both scan on imp1.

I can scan on imp2 from my phone.

What could I do to resolve this issue?

Having two printers is manageable but hardly practical.

    Hello,

    Look -->> HERE <<--

    Select the corresponding operating system
    In Drivers, download and install the driver --> EPSON Scan 2

    Do the same for the other operating system.
