Mon appli windows scan ou hp smart ne détecte plus mon scan

As-tu installé le HP Smart venant du site Microsoft Store ?

C'est quoi le no. du modèle scanner HP ou imprimante HP ?

oui HPsmart sur site Microsoft store
Imprimante HP MFP M28-M31

Désinstalle HP Smart.

Télécharge et installe --> 7Zip 64 bits

Télécharge ce pilote pour l'imprimante --> LaserJet Pro M28-M31 

Fais clic droit sur le pilote --> Full_Webpack-46.5.2645-LJM28-M31_UWL_Full_Webpack.exe
Sélectionne --> 7Zip
Choisis --> extraire vers "Full_Webpack-46.5.2645-LJM28-M31_UWL_Full_Webpack\"

Va dans le dossier du pilote dézippé --> Full_Webpack-46.5.2645-LJM28-M31_UWL_Full_Webpack
Lance le fichier --> Setup.exe

Suis les instructions.
