LG TV 37 LG 3500 random shutdown

Hello,

My 37LG 3500 TV has the following malfunction.

I turn on the TV with its remote control, I turn on the Freebox with its remote control.

The box is connected to the TV via HDMI.

The TV turns on, the selected program displays and then turns off, the power indicator on the TV goes out, and the TV remote control becomes inoperable.

I try to turn the TV back on using the front button, but it doesn't work.

I unplug and plug back in the power cord of the TV, I turn it on with the TV remote, and everything works again until the next time. This happens very rarely.

Do you have any ideas or is there a known common fault with this model?

    Hello,

    On your Freebox, navigate to Settings > Display > HDMI CEC Settings and disable the option. On your LG TV, press the Menu button on your remote, then go to Option > Simplink and select Off.

    Thank you HelpiOS, I have changed the settings, I will only see if the duration is indeed the cause because the problem is random, I hope so anyway, thank you for your expertise and support.
