Hello,
My SABA TV model LED40TC2600E displays “auto power off in 60 seconds” at least 10 times an hour. Even pressing a button on the remote as recommended by the small message, it turns off.
Sometimes it does this for 1 hour and then works normally.
Yet in the settings, auto power off is disabled.
What should I do?
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 61.0.3163.100

Hello,
Try to do a "reset" or "factory reset" or "initial configuration" (see menu) but you will have to redo all the installation and settings.

Hello Andy,
In the "configuration" menu I have the "reset" mode. I did it today but I still have the problem. I've had the TV for 3 years and I've never had this problem.
