Adblock Plus and france.tv

Hello

I have a problem with Adblock Plus and the France.tv site. When I want to watch a video on France.tv, the site prevents me from doing so because it detects an ad blocker. However, Adblock Plus is set up not to block France.tv. I tried uninstalling Adblock Plus, then rebooting the PC. It’s still the same.

Does anyone have a solution to my problem?

    Good evening and thank you for the response,

    In the end, I didn't need to contact the site france.tv.

    In addition to disabling ad blocking with Adblock Plus, I also needed to disable Firefox's enhanced tracking protection (the shield to the left of the padlock next to the URL input bar).

    Hello

    It could be an ad blocker or browser anti-tracking, or you need to accept cookies or subscribe, or an antivirus... France TV may know what often blocks their service or if a new setting is needed.
