A mobile call restriction on DORO

Hello. My new phone (DORO LEVA L20) is completely blocking calls (outgoing - incoming): is this issue known, and do we know how to fix it? Thank you for any effective (and updated) advice.

Hello,

The restriction of incoming or outgoing calls cannot be managed directly on the smartphone.

It's in the options provided by your telecom operator. Therefore, you need to log in to the management interface of your line (on a computer) to verify that nothing is blocked.
