Genbolt Camera

Hello,

My camera no longer connects to wifi. I reset it, then deleted it to reinstall it. I took it down to connect it directly with a cable to the router, no problem, it connected.

I put it back in its place, it doesn’t connect. The device is recognized though. I tried using a code in front of the camera, nothing. It always shows disconnected. It is close to the router, so there's no connection issue.

It was working well before, it’s not new, and I have 2 other identical cameras that are farther from the router and work perfectly.

What could be the problem? Thank you for your responses.
