Hello

I can only view the Alfred surveillance camera from 5 meters away from the camera, on the WiFi network of my ADSL box? I thought it could be viewed remotely with a smartphone using data. Is it possible that there is a bad internet connection? Thanks for the feedback.

    Hello quentin2121,
    I’m not surprised about the Wi-Fi. I think it’s more related to your camera model. In any case, data transmission is limited in distance without using a powerful transmitter or other systems.

      In fact, there are two smartphones, one for the camera and the other for the viewer. I had forgotten to connect the first one to Wi-Fi as well, so now it works...
