    Hello,

    Check that the cover is securely closed and that the carriage can move freely. A paper jam or an obstacle may block the opening of the change window. Turn off the printer, unplug it, remove any jams, then turn it back on to try again.

    If the problem persists, consult the manual or contact Epson support.
