Unable to access my PLEX media server.

Hello everyone

I have a Plex media server installed on a Synology NAS, linked to a Google account

For a few days now, I have been unable to access my server; I enter my Google credentials, and it keeps loading. I can still access my movies and series from my box, but I can no longer access the settings page because it won't log in

I should clarify that my Google account is logged in properly

Thank you for your help

    Thank you for your response but the same problem

    As soon as I try to log in with my Google account, it keeps loading as if it's waiting for some authorization somewhere

    Hello,

    You may be having a Plex server authentication issue:

    Your server may be associated with a different Plex account or the authentication may have become corrupted (for example, after an update or a crash). This can result in messages like "You do not have permission to access this server" or a connection failure.

    Stop the Plex Media Server via the Package Center in DSM.

    Access the Plex configuration folder on your NAS (usually /volume1/PlexMediaServer/AppData/Plex Media Server/).

    Backup the Preferences.xml file before making any changes.

    Open Preferences.xml with a text editor and remove the lines containing PlexOnlineToken, PlexOnlineUsername, or PlexOnlineEmail.

    Restart the Plex Media Server and reconnect via http://<nas_ip>:32400/web to claim the server with your Google account.
    </nas_ip>
