Canon Maxify GX2050 Print Issue

Hello,

Since acquiring a new Canon printer, I have a line on each print with every pass of the printheads. I can't see where the problem might come from. I've performed several cleanings and alignments, but the issue persists.

Has anyone else experienced this problem?

    Since the printer is new and under warranty, check with customer service.
