Hello, since yesterday I can't reconnect to Houtlook. Until yesterday, my email opened automatically. But yesterday Microsoft is asking for my email address and password, which it does not recognize. To recover them, it sends the details to an old Orange account that I haven't had for years. I have been through different providers over time, currently Bouygues.

Hello,
In order to obtain a solution from an access provider (Microsoft in this case), you are required to regularly inform them of any changes to the recovery address; otherwise, they will not be able to return your account to you.
And even less so the CCM agents who are individuals like you and me, who do not have access to your protected accounts, as they should.
You must therefore contact Microsoft support, which, after verification, is the only one able to assist you.
I would like to point out that I have already used their forms, and following the questionnaire, I received this recovery in just a few minutes.
