Case sensitivity in email addresses

Hi!

Purely aesthetic question lol:
I capitalized letters in my email address and I realize it's not very nice
Can I make the change? I know it's not possible to modify an email address, but this is just a matter of converting uppercase to lowercase, there might be a chance..

    Hello,

    The email address is not case-sensitive. Whether you write it in lowercase or uppercase, it’s the same. Otherwise, we cannot modify an address.

      yes I know, it's just that when I send an email from this address, my recipient sees my email as it was created, with the capital letters, and that's what I would like to change. Do you understand? But I think your answer is in your last sentence: "you cannot modify an address"... even if the modification is minimal.

      I have contacted Outlook support. You never know...
