Okay, I have a gentleman where I stay who would like his landline to ring on his tablet as well.

I know this can be done with the TV, we can see who is calling, but I don't know how to do it myself.

Hello,

Maybe here, but it's hard to say more without knowing exactly which tablet it is!

Hello,

This is to search where we might have left, in the house, our mobile phone or tablet (if connected to the network).

But making a tablet ring when the landline rings, as far as I am concerned, I'm not sure that's possible.

One solution would be to have a tablet with a SIM card and therefore a mobile phone number associated with that tablet, and transfer the landline to that tablet's number.
In this case, a mobile phone, always within reach, is the ideal solution.

Hello,

That's what I understand too.

We can see "on TV" or elsewhere people receiving a landline directly on a mobile, but it is a professional installation that allows connecting to an IPBX server.

Hi,

I think you want to talk about a communication app (like Signal or WhatsApp, there are others) that allows for voice or video calls, but it has nothing to do with landline telephony, rather with mobile telephony.

And there you go ....

But goodness, the line spacing is so annoying !!
