Incompatibility between Motorola and datas reglo mobile

I bought a Motorola phone a week ago. I have a réglo mobile plan with internet, but since I got this phone, I can't access the internet outside of Wi-Fi. The 4G icon appears on the screen at the top right, but it is impossible to go online outside of Wi-Fi. I called réglo mobile, and they told me that some Motorola phones are not compatible, and the situation has not changed despite the fact that réglo mobile has contacted Motorola for some time. It seems that the issue comes from the APN not being configured correctly for réglo mobile.

I have the same problem with my new Motorola 15G smartphone, which is using 4G with the provider Prixtel. I've been passed back and forth between the provider PRIXTEL and FNAC where I bought the phone for a month now. I'm considering changing providers, but I want to make sure that the new one will be compatible with my phone.
What would you recommend for a small cheap plan? Free, SFR, ...?
Can someone confirm that my network is incompatible with my new phone?

I have the same problem, I followed the instructions from https://www.reglomobile.fr/assistance/comment-parametrer, but it's still not working :-/
There are many settings that are not included in these instructions.
Does anyone have a comprehensive overview of all the parameters to be set?
