Incomplete and suspicious number in my opinion (+33 1 06 4)

Hello,
I frequently receive calls (sometimes several times a day and 2/3 times a week from the same number and I have never answered because I find this number very suspicious)
Anyway, I feel that the repeated calls are becoming harassment and I haven't found anything concrete about this number and I don't know what else to do other than to block it and report it here and find out if this number is known
Here is how the number appears in my directory and every time I receive a call: +33 1 06 4

Hello,
It depends on how it's "written".
+33 1 normally indicates something from international zone 1 (for example, Canada).
Numbers starting with 0106 are suspicious.
But +331064 is Bouygues, although it remains to be seen if they have a good reason to call you because you are a customer or if they're just selling you something.
In any case, what does it matter? In the second case and all the others, if you don't have a correspondent abroad, just block it and move on.
Hello,
I'm currently experiencing the same issue and I just came across your somewhat old message.
I've seen it mentioned everywhere that it's Bouygues (being a customer, I thought it made sense), but when I tried to call them to see if it was indeed them, I directly got a voice stating that the number is not assigned. Strange considering this is the fourth time I've received their call in less than two weeks.
Furthermore, I'm not sure if it's just me, but the calls are so short that my phone doesn't even have time to ring. I just see the phone icon appear for a second and then disappear immediately (but I believe that this practice is becoming more and more common nowadays). After doing a bit of research, I found Bouygues' number written exactly as "1064" but with no +33 in front, so I think this number is a scam and is likely trying to trap people.
Hello,
The 1064 is the number you need to dial to reach Bouygues customer service
https://www.bouyguestelecom.fr/choisir-bouygues-telecom/une-relation-client-qui-repond-a-vos-besoins
But to reach you, Bouygues will dial your mobile number, not the 1064.
You mention very brief calls, but have you checked the call log to see which number called you?
Hello,
+33 is the international dialing code for a French number; for Canada, it would be +1

Hello,
Yes, my apologies, it's probably Bouygues.
